LakeRidge provides a very serene environment. Everyone is very friendly and helpful when needed. The maintenance crew has responded very quickly and effectively to each request. My only suggestion would be to include pest control for residents, especially during the warmer seasons.

So far, I have really enjoyed living at LakeRidge Square. The location is great. It is easy to for me get to anywhere because we’re near the highway. However, there's no need to go far because there are plenty of places to eat and shop close by. I love how although the apartments are close to so many places, yet they are tucked away in a wooded area with a beautiful lake surrounded by nice landscaping. The outdoor areas are always clean and well maintained. There is plenty of parking. The apartment buildings are nice on the inside as well as the outside. I can occasionally hear my upstairs neighbor walking around, but other than that it is very quiet. I think what makes LakeRidge Square Apartments so great is that they are managed very well. The apartment managers here are super friendly and are always willing to help. It really is a nice place to live.

That it is great! Having moved from a house, that was very private and quiet, I was looking for the same in my next rental property. As my job allows me to work from home exclusively, it is important that I have minimal noise surrounding me. Lakeridge Square offers just that. Obviously, these are apartments, not a house, and some noise is to be expected, but it is certainly very, very minimal. In addition, the grounds are always well kept, maintenance is super quick to respond. The leasing staff is very friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Neighbors are also very respectful. Move here, you won't regret it!

Neighbors are friendly and environment is super nice and relaxing. nice place for kids. Cool amenities offered if you have a little one. nice place to walk your pets and enjoy living in Hanover County.

Courteous staff. Prompt attention to all requests. Property and grounds are well taken care of. Drama free. As a separate note, I would like to add that I think there should not be a rent increase for many years since we are now paying for water, sewer, and trash. I live alone and my bill averages $40. I see that as a pretty big rent increase.

If you are going to live in apartments this is the best deal for the money. Cheaper apartments with quality staff and buildings. Beautifully kept.

I would recommend this community to everyone. The staff is always friendly and available to assist the residents. The property is always kept up and the area is in a perfect location. I love my apartment, neighbors and community. It's the best place I have ever lived in!

Great spacious living quarters, friendly people, quiet enviroment...a few more bugs than i perfer tho.
